    About the Position

    Gaya Pharma, a leader in clinical research and patient support in Africa, is recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Manager in Rabat, Morocco.

    Candidate Profile

    • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the healthcare sector.
    • Solid knowledge of Moroccan regulatory procedures (AMMPS).
    • Strong understanding of medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplement regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
    • Fluency in French and English is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate regulatory submissions and approvals with AMMPS.
    • Ensure registration and compliance for medical devices, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.
    • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers in line with national and international requirements.
    • Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and provide strategic guidance to internal teams.
    • Liaise with health authorities and ensure follow-up until final approval.
